Lauren Morley has been teaching fitness classes for more than 20 years. She has her Master of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology. She teaches a wide variety of classes, Zumba, Soul Fusion, Step, Strength Training, Zumba Kids, Barre Fusion, Cycling
and Senior Fitness. You can try her Soul Fusion classes on Mondays at 10:30 am. It’s a combination of yoga and Pilates but to upbeat music. Her Senior Fitness class is focused on increasing seniors’ abilities to perform activities of daily life. It is offered on Mondays from 11:30 am to noon.
Lauren is also a wife and mother to 3 young kids. You can find her coaching or cheering on her kids’ sporting events.
