I moved to Weed in August of 2018 and I love it here. Looking for a way to get some exercise year-round, I was directed to WRPD. I started in the gym on the treadmill, but it aggravated my knee pain caused by torn meniscus. Kim (the director) suggested that I try aqua aerobics. So, I did. Kim could see how much I enjoyed the classes and suggested that I lead some classes myself. The rest is history. I've been teaching classes for about one year now.
The focus of my classes is cardio, core strengthening and balance, while also achieving a good whole-body workout.
My goal is that YOU are satisfied with a fun and productive exercise routine. If you're NOT happy with my class, please tell me how I can improve. I'm open to suggestions.
