Skylar Sky Evans ~ Has lived throughout Siskiyou County since June of 2021 spending time in Seiad, Etna, Yreka, Big Springs and is now living in Mt Shasta.  During her time living in the county, she noticed a need for more fitness instructors.  With this observation she got trained in Ellen Ward's Fitness Certification "Warrior Rhythm" and SWC Certified High Intensity Interval Training program "F.I.R.E" She is now teaching Full Body Strength and Yoga Flow. This class brings a yoga flow warm up, full body workout with weights and cool down.  When Skylar is not "on the mat" she is teaching dance to students 6-12 at Mt Shasta Dance Studios, working for the Siskiyou County School District as a paraprofessional and substitute teacher and performs in the local performing art troupe "Focus Fate."
